Alta Vista Innovation High School and Vista Norte Public Charter School Celebrate TREC Organizational Accreditations

Principal Hayley Mallozzi’s exciting TREC Accreditations with her four schools was held in the Highland location on Friday, April 25, 2025. Honoring the heart-centered work with staff and leadership, these four learning centers are;

●      Alta Vista Innovation High Schools- Highland and San Bernardino

●      Vista Norte Public Charter Schools- Rialto and Rialto Home Study

The ambiance and culture of the Highland location was vibrant with their popcorn balloon arcade.

Craig Beswick, Vice-President, School Development Division, LLAC, honored and celebrated all the staff members who’ve become Certified Trauma-Resilient Professionals on their journeys of their learning center’s TREC Accreditations.

Staci Roth, TREC Director, shared the Accreditation PowerPoint highlighting all the outcomes from the Strengths & Needs Assessments and the SMART Goals. Reflecting on her experience with public education and how her teachers were lifesavers (although they didn’t realize they were) Staci honored every staff member with how they make such a profound difference in the lives of their students and families.  


Dana Brown, PACEs Science Statewide Facilitator, reflected on how amazing it was to be with their staff when Assembly member Ramos visited the Highland location in August 2022 and met with staff and students. Dana deliberated all the staff’s heart-centered work on a daily basis and lifted up how inspirational it is to have their four learning centers TREC Accredited. 

Staci and Dana excitedly shared the TREC Awards with Principal Hayley Mallozzi on behalf of her learning center, Alta Vista Innovation High School - Highland.

Staci and Dana were grateful to give Sarah Sinopoli their TREC award, on behalf of Alta Vista Innovation High - San Bernardino.

Staci and Dana honored Kim Day with their TREC Award on behalf of Vista Norte Public Charter Schools - Rialto and Rialto Home Study.

Congratulations to everyone! Welcome to our TREC ecosystem. We are excited to shine a spotlight on all of you and highlight the exceptional, heart-centered work being led in your schools. You are saving lives and transforming futures on behalf of countless youth!
