Certification and Accreditation

A Step Above Trauma-Informed

At TREC, we offer professional development opportunities to help organizations and individuals gain the skills and knowledge they need to make a positive impact in their schools, organizations, and communities. Our offerings go beyond theoretical concepts to provide practical tools and techniques that can be applied immediately. Enhance your abilities and drive change with our professional development offerings.

TREC Certification

Individual Certification

Our Trauma-Resilient Professional certification is designed for individual helping professionals such as educators, counselors, therapists, and social workers, who want to develop an understanding on the impact of trauma and build resilience through equity-focused, healing centered, and trauma-resilient practices.

TREC Accreditation

Organizational Accreditation

Accredited Trauma-Resilient Organizations participate in a comprehensive process that exemplifies values-based transformation both individually and organizationally. With common shared language and understanding on the impact of trauma and building resilience through equity-focused, healing-centered systems change.

Resiliency Programs

At TREC, we support the implementation and ongoing facilitation of resiliency programs that are grounded in equity, mindfulness, and growth mindsets. These programs help create more connected, positive, and healing-centered learning environments and maintain supportive relationships within them. Together, we can build resilience and foster a sense of belonging in your educational or service provider communities.
