Personal Statement

What's up everyone! My name is Craig, and I have been educating high school students in underserved communities for over 30 years. Growing up in the greater Philadelphia area, I personally struggled with Adverse Childhood Experiences and had to work hard to develop resiliency through mindfulness techniques. This motivated me to help others find their own path to a healthy and fulfilling life.

Throughout my career, I've held a variety of positions such as group home worker, Principal, Assistant Superintendent, meditation coach, and Vice President. With each role, it became increasingly clear that my mission was critical. So, I created the TREC model with my team to increase individual and organizational health. I've personally facilitated over 500 training sessions in schools, social service agencies, state and federal institutions, and conferences around the world.

When I'm not spending time with my amazing wife and three boys, you can find me on the soccer field, at a music festival, or meditating on a San Diego beach. I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and hope to share that impact with you too.
