Personal Statement

Hello, I'm Colby! TREC is a powerful program, allowing for a debiased approach to building relationships and effectively supporting students while empowering students with evidence based tools, not just to help them succeed, but to thrive. As a DEI practitioner who is passionate about equitable and accessible pathways for underrepresented students to career paths and to leadership, a program like TREC is both an exciting and transformative part of the equation.
